Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC has rebranded as Simmons Perrine PLC, as the Cedar Rapids law firm enters its 110th year.
The firm said the name change honors its legacy while providing clarity and simplicity. The rebrand includes a refreshed visual identity and a new website at sp.law.
“Our shortened name, Simmons Perrine PLC, honors the firm’s legacy while providing clarity and simplicity in a modern legal landscape,” the firm stated in an announcement. “It reflects the way our clients know us, and the way we have continued to grow.”
The firm said the year-long rebranding process was collaborative, with attorneys, paralegals and professional staff contributing ideas and feedback throughout.
Founded in 1916, Simmons Perrine operates across more than 30 practice areas, serving individuals, families, businesses and institutions locally, nationally and globally.
The firm said its core values of excellence, integrity and commitment to clients remain unchanged.
The new website is designed to make it easier for clients to access information, connect with attorneys and understand the firm’s capabilities, according to the announcement.
Simmons Perrine PLC is a full-service law firm with locations in Cedar Rapids and Coralville.
