The U.S. Small Business Administration has released its monthly approval figures for loans in Iowa for the month of November 2025, and five Corridor companies received loans under the program.
According to the SBA report, local companies receiving loans in November are as follows:
- Etten Properties LLC of Independence, which received a loan of $166,000, retaining four existing jobs;
- Brad Bower Drywall LLC of West Branch, which received a loan of $22,000;
- Luckey Little Gyms LLC of Tiffin, which received two loans totaling $528,000, creating eight new jobs and retaining two existing jobs;
- Canine Social Club LLC of Cedar Rapids, which received a loan of $30,000, creating four new jobs and retaining three existing jobs; and
- Rapid Owl Towing LLC of Fairfax, which received a loan of $10,000, creating one new job and retaining one existing job.
Overall, the SBA backed 22 loans for $17,950,500 to Iowa businesses from participating lenders using its two largest lending programs.
The SBA’s 7(a) and 504 programs capitalized nine new and 13 existing businesses, creating 140 new jobs and retaining 102 jobs as a result.
