A proposed event center for the city of Tiffin passed its first hurdle on Tuesday, when the Tiffin City Council unanimously approved the first of three readings for a rezoning ordinance that would make way for the facility’s construction.
City documents list Solon-based KW Family Investments as the applicant for the 10,310-square-foot event center, which would be built on three acres located within the Park Place development.
