Minnesota-based fast-casual restaurant chain Crisp & Green will open its first Eastern Iowa location at Iowa River Landing in early 2026.
The health-focused restaurant, which operates in 15 states, will occupy 805 E. Second Ave. in Coralville. Crisp & Green specializes in made-from-scratch salads, grain bowls and smoothies, and hosts health and wellness events throughout the year.
“Their chef-crafted menu and commitment to community are perfect fits for IRL,” said Kristie Wetjen, Iowa River Landing manager. “They’re a vibrant addition to our neighborhood, providing even more variety to our visitors and residents as a great place to connect and grab a healthy meal.”
The restaurant joins recent addition White Pumpkin, a boutique specializing in seasonal gifts and party essentials.
Iowa River Landing, developed by the city of Coralville, encompasses more than 200 acres of retail, dining, office and residential space near the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics campus.
