Registration is open for the 2026 Healthiest State Conference, presented by Wellabe, as employers across Iowa continue to address employee burnout, mental health, and evolving workforce needs.
The conference, hosted by the Iowa Healthiest State Initiative, will take place on April 22 at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny. It is designed for HR professionals, wellness coordinators and organizational leaders.
Keynote speakers, breakout sessions and interactive experiences led by local and national wellness experts will cover the latest trends in workplace well-being, including mental health support, burnout prevention and physical activity.
“Workplaces have never had a bigger role to play in the well-being of their employees,” said Jami Haberl, executive director of the Healthiest State Initiative. “By focusing on social connection, mental health, and building healthy and supportive workplace cultures, businesses can help set up their employees for success for years to come. The Healthiest State Conference provides the tools and insights they need to start making meaningful change.”

The cost is $200 per person for the event, which runs from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on April 22. The registration deadline is 5 p.m. on April 21.
