3Ice hockey league taps Coralville’s Xtream Arena as home base for 2026 season

3Ice, a professional three-on-three ice hockey league, announced Coralville’s Xtream Arena will be home base for its 2026 season.
The announcement was made at a press conference Thursday at the arena with officials from Coralville, Iowa Heartlanders and 3Ice in attendance.
It was a full-circle moment for outgoing Coralville Mayor Meghann Foster, who welcomed ECHL’s Iowa Heartlanders to the city in 2021.
