Technology Association of Iowa opens award nomination period

Nominations are now live for the Technology Association of Iowa’s (TAI) annual Prometheus Awards.

The Prometheus Awards celebrates innovators and leaders from technology, business, education and government and reflects on the year’s biggest accomplishments in the state, according to a press release.

“Each year we are incredibly impressed by the talent and passion of the Iowa technology community,” said Brian Waller, president of the Technology Association of Iowa. “It is an honor to bring together and recognize technology professionals and companies with creative solutions and ideas. We believe every company is a technology company, and I encourage all Iowa businesses to submit a nomination.”

Applications can be submitted through August 12 and finalists will be announced September 1. Winners will be presented on November 3.

Submission forms for 15 categories are available online. Applicants could win Startup Company of the Year, Emerging Technology Leader of the Year and CEO of the Year, among other awards.
