A new rowhome development is being eyed for a five-acre lot at the corner of Marengo Road/Highway 6 and Stephans Street in Tiffin.

At its meeting Dec. 2, the Tiffin City Council approved the first of three readings needed for a rezoning ordinance related to the project.
