Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) is proud to welcome Sam Pritchard as a Captive Executive in the Holmes Murphy Cedar Rapids office. At ICS, Mr. Pritchard leads growth and strategy for ICS’s property and casualty group captive programs, educating brokers and businesses on alternative insurance solutions that help businesses take control of risk. He brings more than 10 years of experience in politics and government, most recently serving as Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Ashley Hinson. He resides in Cedar Rapids with his wife, Katie, and their two children.
