MidWestOne Bank has earned recognition as one of Iowa and Minnesota’s Top Workplaces for 2025 by the Des Moines Register and Minnesota’s Star Tribune.
The designation reflects employee feedback collected through surveys issued by Energage, which administers the Top Workplaces USA program for organizations with 150 or more employees. Winners are selected based solely on employee responses that assess workplace practices and overall engagement.
