Mercy Medical Center announced a leadership transition Tuesday at The Chris & Suzy DeWolf Family Innovation Center for Aging & Dementia.
Kathy Good, who has served as senior director since the center’s establishment in June 2023, will transition to an advisory role. Ms. Good also previously led the Family Caregivers Center of Mercy before the innovation center was created.

“It has been an incredible honor to help shape the Innovation Center and to walk alongside so many individuals, families and caregivers on their journeys,” Ms. Good said in a release. “I’m deeply grateful to Mercy and to our community for the trust they’ve placed in me throughout the years. I look forward to continuing to support this important work in a new way.”
Mercy will recruit a new senior director to lead day-to-day operations at the The Chris & Suzy DeWolf Family Innovation Center for Aging & Dementia. Ms. Good will work with the incoming leader during the transition.
“We are incredibly grateful for Kathy’s passion, leadership and unwavering dedication to those we serve,” said Dr. Tim Quinn, president and CEO of Mercy. “Her influence will remain a vital part of the Innovation Center, and we’re excited that she’ll continue to support our work in this new capacity.”
Mercy has also established an Innovation Center Steering Committee to provide strategic guidance for the center.
