Juliet Abdel began her tenure July 28 as president and CEO of the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance, which represents more than 1,200 businesses in the region.

Ms. Abdel is responsible for leading the organization and team which serves the Cedar Rapids region through economic development, public policy, professional development and events.
