Key Responsibilities:

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports on performance and insights.

Website Management: Oversee the company websites, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

Website Development: Responsible for maintaining two websites using the WordPress CMS. Customize existing themes and plugins, including layout adjustments, color schemes, and branding.

Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance by implementing caching, minimizing server requests, and ensuring fast page load times.

Security: Implement security measures to protect WordPress websites from vulnerabilities, malware, and hacking attempts.

Responsive Design: Ensure that websites are responsive and mobile-friendly, providing a seamless user experience across different devices.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to website functionality, compatibility, and performance.

New employee technical onboarding: Computer setup, Google setup, usage training on internal tools.
Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in web development, marketing, business or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience can be equally valuable.

Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and PPC advertising.

Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

WordPress Expertise: In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and core functionality.

PHP and HTML/CSS: Proficiency in PHP programming and web technologies such as HTML and CSS.

JavaScript: Familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery for front-end development and interactivity.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and debug issues effectively.

Communication Skills: Good communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and interact with clients.
