
The Iowa City Area Association of Realtors (ICAAR) hosted their inaugural banquet and awards ceremony at Hancher Auditorium Oct. 10.
The event included the official inauguration of the 2025 Board of Directors and 2025 ICAAR president of ICAAR, and provided an opportunity to award some of the most successful and dedicated Realtors in the community.
Phil O’Brien of Urban Acres Real Estate was named ICAAR president, succeeding immediate past president Tyler Riddle of Lepic Kroeger, Realtors.
Jonathan Fell of Skogman Realty was named a new director on the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors board of directors.
A number of award winners, recognized by their peers, were also recognized at this year’s ceremony, including:
- Gold Star Awards (recognized as top agents to work with) – Chuck Bogh, RE/MAX Affiliates; Allison Dunmore, Skogman Realty; Skyler Landuyt, EDGE Realty Group; Jenny Morgan, Elliott Realty Group; Whitney Russell, Urban Acres Real Estate.
- Affiliate Award (outstanding partners who support in the industry) – Jodi Booth, GreenState Credit Union; Tony Gray, D & R Pest Control; Eric Olsen, CBI Bank & Trust.
- Distinguished Service (recognized for their contributions to the community) – Kayla Fisher, Lepic-Kroeger, Realtors.
- Staff Appreciation Award (recognized for their service to the ICAAR staff) – Paul Park, Lepic-Kroeger, Realtors.
- Professional Newcomer of the Year (new agent who is making a mark) – Sarah Miller, Lepic-Kroeger, Realtors.
- President’s Merit Award (chosen by the ICAAR president as someone who assisted them during their tenure) – Sarah Miller, Lepic-Kroeger, Realtors.
- Lifetime Achievement Award (recognized for their storied career and the impact they’ve made on the industry) – Mark Kamps, Edge Realty Group.
- Realtor of the Year (recognized as one of the most successful agents in the community who upholds the principles of being a Realtor) –Sean McIntyre, Urban Acres Real Estate.
