High Properties in Cedar Rapids has named Steven Dolezal as the company’s new President.
A native of Toledo, Iowa, Mr. Dolezal has served as vice president of finance for High Properties for two years. He graduated from Wartburg College in 1996 and began his career as a certified public accountant (CPA) with McGladrey and Pullen.
He also worked for McLeodUSA and Alliant Energy before spending 16 years in leadership with the YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area, according to a news release.
High Properties founded in Cedar Rapids in 1988 with a small investment into single family rentals has grown to a regional equity company with property management, construction, and development divisions.
