Cedar Rapids’ Kingston Yard expands north with mixed-use development

With the recent opening of the city-owned Kingston Yard parking ramp and the pending completion of the AC by Marriott Hotel, the first phase of the Kingston Yard development is nearing completion.

Now, Joe Ahmann says, it’s time to expand the project across First Avenue West, a project he’s referring to as “Kingston Yard North.”
