A multi-family development is being proposed for Jordan Street in North Liberty.
At its meeting Jan. 6, the North Liberty Planning & Zoning Commission approved a request to amend the city’s Future Land Use Map, changing the property’s designation from Urban Medium Intensity to Urban High Intensity. The commission also approved the development’s preliminary site plan.
