University of Iowa Health Care to purchase Cedar Rapids medical office

Purchase would ensure long-term use of building, which university currently leases

    The Iowa Board of Regents Wednesday approved the University of Iowa’s $4.2 million purchase of a Cedar Rapids medical office.

    University officials said UI Health Care has leased 411 10th St. SE for “over a decade,” operating an urgent care clinic and clinical programs in dermatology, family medicine, OB/GYN and pediatrics.
