Design Engineers is thrilled to announce the promotion of Tim Lentz to senior sustainability engineer at the Cedar Rapids office. Alongside his existing role, Tim will be an instrumental resource for the team’s challenging, energy-focused projects. Throughout his 14 years at DE, Tim has developed a passion and expertise in photovoltaic and geothermal projects, winning awards such as the ASHRAE Technology Award. Tim’s sustainability experience includes dozens of LEED projects, several net-zero buildings, and some of the country’s only Living Building Challenge buildings.
