What do you consider your biggest break so far? Throughout my life, I have had multiple folks pour into me (literally and figuratively). My biggest break is folks who believed in me before I understood all that I had to offer the world. What would most people be surprised to learn about you? A few years ago, I decided to move abroad for one year. I lived in a rural community in Talas, Kyrgyzstan, and worked as a social justice educator for Bilimkana Education Center. What’s the biggest issue facing the Corridor, and why? Accessible and affordable housing. If you had $1 million to give, what causes would you support? Holistic sex education efforts for youth. What are your passions outside of the workplace? Doula work, crossfit, cooking, education, organizing. What’s something people should know about your generation in the workplace? We are comfortable with change. This could mean change in title, position or organization.
