- Raining Rose Properties, LLC, Cedar Rapids, $2,159,000
- Clickstop Real Estate Holdings, LLC, Urbana, $3,435,000
Corridor loan approvals totaled $5,944,000 in February. Corridor businesses reported retaining 136 jobs and creating 40 as a result.
Statewide, the SBA 7(a) and 504 programs capitalized 20 new and 21 existing businesses that report creating 154 new jobs and retaining 278 jobs as a result.
