The 8th annual SOS (Serving Our Seniors) 5k Fun Run and 1-mile walk will be held 4 p.m. Sept. 25 at Christ Community Church, located at 3000 Alburnett Road, Marion.
Early registration deadline is Sept. 8 for $20 (or $15 for the no shirt option). After Sept. 8 the entry fee will be $25; shirt availability not guaranteed after Sept. 8. All proceeds from the event will go to the Marion Senior Living community.
Registration is available online at www.getmeregistered.com/SOS5k or www.marionchristcommunity.church. Packet pickup and late registration begins at 3 p.m. on race day. Participants will be eligible for door prizes.
