Masks required through Jan. 15 in Johnson County facilities

Based on recommendations from the Johnson County Public Health Department (JCPH), the Johnson County Board of Supervisors voted on Oct. 14 to extend the requirement for all people – visitors and employees – to wear face coverings that cover both nose and mouth completely while inside Johnson County facilities, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.

The face covering mandate is effective through Jan. 15, 2022, and is subject to change, pending guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and JCPH.
