Johnson County Board of Supervisors draft new letter to Havenpark Communities, urging rent moratorium on manufactured home parks

The Johnson County Board of Supervisors is petitioning a Utah company that owns and operates three manufactured home parks in the county to impose a two-year moratorium on rent hikes.
Residents at manufactured home parks owned by Havenpark Communities say living conditions have deteriorated since the company began buying the properties in 2019, citing poor water quality, steep rent increases, declining amenities and lagging maintenance.
