Informatics Inc., a full-service marketing and web agency based in Cedar Rapids, has announced several leadership changes to support its rapid growth and operational expansion.

John Osako

Agency founder John Osako will remain chief executive officer, continuing to guide the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction.

Stacie Osako

Stacie Osako, formerly chief experience officer, has been appointed president and will oversee day-to-day operations and lead internal teams.

Megan Thomas

Megan Thomas, who previously served as business growth director, has been named chief operations officer. In her new role, she will be responsible for streamlining internal processes to improve operational efficiency.

Sara Kuennen

Sara Kuennen has been promoted from marketing director to business growth director and will continue to manage client relationships and outreach strategies.

The leadership changes follow a period of significant expansion for Informatics. The agency has doubled in size over the past two years and widened its client portfolio across multiple industries and markets.

“This is an incredibly exciting moment for Informatics,” Ms. Osako said in a release. “As we continue to grow, we want to ensure our structure evolves to match the scale and complexity of the work we’re doing for our clients.”

Ms. Thomas said strong operations are key to sustaining momentum.

“In this new role, I’m focused on refining the systems and processes that power our work—so we can move faster, think bigger, and deliver even greater results,” she said.

All leadership changes at Informatics are effective immediately. Informatics plans to name a new marketing director in the coming weeks to further expand its executive team.
