Business Insurance magazine has named Holmes Murphy the No. 1 large employer in its Best Places to Work in Insurance program for the 14th consecutive year.
The annual program recognizes employers that establish workplaces where employees can thrive, enjoy their work and help their companies grow, according to a release. The privately owned insurance brokerage was selected based on a two-part assessment.

The selection process includes a questionnaire completed by the employer about company policies, practices and demographics, and a confidential employee survey on engagement and satisfaction.
