First housing units at Crossing on Boyson nearing completion

    The first building in the Crossing on Boyson housing development in Hiawatha is expected to open for leasing later this year, officials say.

    The 196-unit development at 100 Boyson Road – the intersection of Boyson Road and Robins Road – was announced in September 2022. It includes seven 28-unit buildings with “tuck under” attached and detached garages.
