Clickstop has once again earned national recognition as one of Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2025, marking the fourth time the company has received the honor.

The list, released June 17, highlights 514 companies across the U.S. that demonstrate exceptional workplace cultures and employee support. The selection process involved an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, evaluating key areas such as management effectiveness, professional development and overall workplace environment. Company benefits were also reviewed as part of the scoring.

Founded in 2005, Clickstop has grown from a single e-commerce brand, US Cargo Control, into a multi-brand organization with more than 225 employees. The Urbana-based company attributes its growth and continued recognition to a people-first approach.

“Clickstop’s strength lies in our people,” said Jeremy Meyer, vice president of employee engagement, in a release. “Our culture isn’t just about what we do — it’s about who we are. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and passion of our team.”

Clickstop now operates five brands and continues to focus on employee engagement, operational excellence and sustainable growth. The company has previously been honored as a top workplace on local, regional, and national levels.

“Inc.’s Best Workplaces program celebrates the exceptional organizations whose workplace cultures address their employees’ welfare and needs in meaningful ways,” said Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc.
