Bryan Kubik

Bryan Kubik has joined Emergent Architecture as Market Leader for Eastern Iowa, working primarily from the firm’s Cedar Rapids office. He brings more than 30 years of experience across the banking, construction, and AEC industries, with expertise in relationship development, strategic growth, project pursuit leadership, and market expansion. In his new role, Kubik will focus on strengthening Emergent’s presence throughout Eastern Iowa while supporting long-term client and community relationships.
