Community Savings Bank announced its relocated downtown Cedar Rapids branch at Cedar River Tower will open Monday, Dec. 9.
The bank is moving from its current location at 3414 Mt. Vernon Road SE to 100 First Ave. NE, Suite 116. The existing branch will close at the end of business Thursday, Dec. 5.
“As a locally owned business, we are excited to reinvest in the community that has supported us over the years,” said Luke Brady, Community Savings Bank president. “CSB is grateful for the continued support of its Cedar Rapids customers and looks forward to serving them in this new chapter from downtown Cedar Rapids beginning Monday, Dec. 9.”
The new location offers expanded facilities and improved accessibility, according to the bank.
Community Savings Bank, established in 1910, is a locally owned community bank with assets exceeding $600 million. The bank operates locations in Cedar Rapids, Coggon, Dyersville, Earlville, Edgewood, Garnavillo, Guttenberg, Manchester, Marion and Robins.
