This year’s Iowa City Home Builders Association Parade of Homes kicks off June 8.
Twenty-two in-person homes will be available for viewing, featuring the latest trends and innovations in home design and construction from the area’s top builders. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore different floor plans, interior design styles, and landscaping ideas, and connect with builders, designers, and other industry professionals.
“We are thrilled to bring back the Parade of Homes for another exciting year,” said Andy Hodge, 2024 President of the Greater Iowa City Area HBA and organizer of the event. “This year’s lineup of homes is truly impressive, and we can’t wait to showcase the incredible talent and craftsmanship of our builders.”
Dates for the event include:
- June 8, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- June 9, 12-5 p.m.
- June 11, 5:30-8:30 p.m.
- June 13, 5:30-8:30 p.m.
- June 15, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- June 16 12-5 p.m.
