Landing in first place in the Best Landscaping/Nursery category this year is Culver’s Garden Center and Greenhouse. For 38 years, the Marion-based landscaping company has been providing a consistent level of service to its customers. Whether customers are pondering the purchase of trees, flowers, plants or the perfect gift, they can expect a high level of customer service while perusing the garden’s center 26-acre grounds.
“From the beginning, we have always strived to deliver excellent customer service, and we continue to work in the customer’s best interest each day,” said marketing manager Katie Culver.
Everyone is treated like family, said Ms. Culver. From the moment a customer walks through the garden center’s doors, they are met by a dedicated team of employees who will provide the ultimate experience in customer service. Putting people first is a priority, added Ms. Culver.
Community also is a priority for Culver’s. After the devastating derecho in August 2020 wiped out more than 60% of the area’s tree canopy, Culver’s has helped replace what was destroyed.
By offering an extensive variety of trees and shrubs, “we’ve helped hundreds of people find new trees and shrubs for their yard that will create a beautiful space for them,” said Ms. Culver.
